Alcatel recently announced their new lightweight and highly affordable 1T 7 and 1T 10 Android Oreo tablets at Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona.
These budget friendly Android 8.1 tablets will be available for purchase starting at €69,99 for the 1T 7 model and €99,99 for the 1T 10. Both devices will come equipped with a “Kids Mode” option which is geared towards younger users. Parents can have peace of mind knowing that their young ones will only have access to apps and games that are suitable for children. Parents have the ability to set usage limits as well.
Another cool feature of these tablets is the “Eye Care Mode”. This mode is designed to lower the blue light levels of the display making it much less stressful on your eyes.
As we also mentioned both devices are very light. The Alcatel 1T 7 weighs a mere 245g while the Alcatel 1T 10 weighs just 415g.
The main differences between both models are the display size, battery capacity and storage space. Both devices come equipped with 1GB RAM, but keep in mind that they also run on the Android Oreo 8.1 mobile operating system which is optimized to use less memory, data, and storage.
