Some time ago we posted an article entitled “Android Edition: Are Tablets subject to Viruses or Malware?”. In it, we learned that, indeed tablet PCs are susceptible to malware, and other such peril. Of course, it’s not like us to leave you hanging, so we also provided a solution, namely AVG Antivirus by AVG Mobilation. As stated in the article, this handy software comes in a variety of flavors, from Free to Pro.
Every now and then, the world produces a true visionary, someone who changes absolutely everything. I find it interesting how people often assume that visionaries are automatically beneficial to the world. Often they are, but not always. I mean it’s not much of a stretch to say Adolph Hitler was a visionary. Although… we all know how his vision ended. It’s important to remember, some people’s dreams are other people’s nightmares.
In the “Android Edition” of this series, we learned that I’m an embittered anti-social ‘tard, and that tablet PCs are just as susceptible to viruses as any other form of computer. We also learned of the Geinimi Trojan virus, which is affecting Android-based devices. Apparently, our computers are virtual eco systems and Android tablet PCs are no exception. Sure. When you think about it, we deal with a slew of creatures when contending with computers.
