Sony Tablet – Two Will (prologue) Teaser Video
There’s no doubt that it will be quite an interesting fall and winter season later this year with all the new line of tablets expected to hit the market. I’m sure there will be many people putting these new Sony tablet’s on their list of ‘must have’ items.
Offering two unique and different sized tablets is a very clever marketing strategy by Sony. Some people prefer larger screens while others desire smaller ones and Sony is providing the best of both worlds. People love options. The S1 tablet sports a 9.4 inch screen and the S2 comes equipped with dual 5.5 inch screens. You have to admire the clamshell design of the S2 version as well. There are many advantages to having dual screens like that which can also function as one if need be.
At this point there Sony has yet to announce an official release date for the two tablets but rumors are spreading that they might be available for pre-order as early as August and begin shipping during September. Of course I’ll do my best to keep you up to speed if I hear anything further.
In the meantime, what are your thoughts regarding these new tablets? I’d love to hear what’s on your mind. Are you looking forward to purchasing one or do you have a different tablet in mind? Perhaps you like them but need to purchase one sooner and can’t wait that long. Please share your comments below.
